In our range of Real Estate Video Packages we have options for day and night shoots, video and aerial drone footage. Options need to be discussed pre-shoot as each property has it’s own unique outlook and angle, for the the best marketing exposure.

  • A stylish video showcasing the property with music, your branding and contact details. A cost-effective way to bring a property to life. Ideal for busy agents who don’t wish to appear on camera as the shoot will be managed by myself.

  • Video tour with agent to camera for intro/outro, plus up to 3 appearances to highlight key features of the property. Edited to a scripted agent voice-over. Up to 2 shots in the near vicinity such as beach or cafe. Includes branding and contact details. This package showcases the property as well as allowing the agent to establish a rapport with the buyer.

  • High resolution video and up to 10 high quality images. Helps to give buyers a perspective of the property and its surroundings. Ideal for showing proximity to local amenities that make the property more attractive to the buyer. Perfect for capturing the unique ambiance of a rural or lifestyle property.

Corporate

From multi-day event coverage to a whole / half day or hour video / film shoots, we’re ready to produce, film and edit on-location videos for you. I will attend corporate gatherings, industry expo / conferences, fundraisers, product announcements, your state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, charity events and more, giving direct, on-location coverage. I create unique broadcast-quality event video content that offers exclusive insights and reporting and I can help with producing corporate promos that show your employees engaged in their work, with their customers and in their communities.

Corporate promos straddle the line between corporate and commercial video. A brand video humanises your company and highlights its culture for recruiting purposes. 2. Backdrop and Setting - Setting your product video in ‘real world’ context or a more abstract ‘virtual environment’ will achieve different things. We can shoot on location in a ‘lifestyle’ setting that helps make product benefits tangible. Alternatively you could opt for a green screen or our studio shoot, which gives you the flexibility to introduce different backdrops, animation, text and motion graphics.

3. Working with presenters when shooting Product Videos - It’s often important to humanise your product video. This can be achieved by using a ‘presenter’ or voice-over narrator, and using the ‘right’ person can be key in getting the right tone for your video and brand. A presenter is an engaging means of guiding the viewer through product features and benefits in a natural and easy to follow way.
